I was dumb enought to turn my Shield Deluxe 2009 off for awhile and I got hit hard with a bunch of viruses and other malware. Now, Shield Deluxe can't even run the auto anti-virus protector. I also can't seem to delete certain files like a DLL called uehhqdkb.dll and tuvUMExy.dll that show up as viruses. Also the Explorer doesn't come up unless I Run it twice from Task Manager.
