You are using an old version of HijackThis.
I need to see another HijackThis log,
Please delete your existing copy of HijackThis and then download the latest version from the following link:

HijackThis Download Site

• Double click HJTinstall.exe to begin installation.
• By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.
• Click on Install, then I accept. A HijackThis icon will be created on the desktop and Hijackthis will launch.
• Click on the Do a system scan button. When the scan is complete, click on the Save Log button to create a log of your information. The log should open in Notepad.
• In Notepad, click the Format menu and make sure that ''Wordwrap' is NOT ticked. If it is then click on it to UNtick it.
• Click Edit >> Select All then Edit >> Copy
• Add the new log as a reply to this topic

Can you please explain why there is no Anti Virus protector showing in your log.

Let's have a bit of a clean out and then we'll run another scan to see if there's a reason for the slowness.

Step 1
Please disable Spybot S&D’s TeaTimer protection, because it is known to interfere with our fixes.
You can enable it again after you're clean.
Open Spybot and click on 'Mode' then click 'Advanced Mode'.
Click on 'Tools' in bottom left hand corner.
Click on the 'System Startup' icon.
Uncheck 'Teatimer' box and/or uncheck 'Resident'.
Then, check next to the computer clock to see if the icon for Spybot is still there.
If it is, right click it and choose 'exit Spybot-S&D Resident'.

Reboot the computer.

Step 2
* Clean your Cache and Cookies in IE:

• Close all instances of Outlook Express and Internet Explorer
• Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > General tab
• Click the "Delete Cookies" button
• Next to it, Click the "Delete Files" button
• When prompted, place a check in: "Delete all offline content", click OK

* Clean your Cache and Cookies in Firefox (In case you also have Firefox installed):

• Go to Tools > Options.
• Click Privacy in the menu on the left side of the Options window.
• Click the Clear button located to the right of each option (History, Cookies, Cache).
• Click OK to close the Options window
  Alternatively, you can clear all information stored while browsing by clicking Clear All.
  A confirmation dialog box will be shown before clearing the information.

* Clean other Temporary files + Recycle bin

• Go to start > run and type: cleanmgr and click ok.
• Let it scan your system for files to remove.
• Make sure Temporary Files, Temporary Internet Files, and Recycle Bin are the only things checked.
• Press OK to remove them.

Step 3
Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these items.

If you need them you can start them manually.
Ticking the following lines may save you valuable resources.

Then close all other windows, browsers etc--you should only see HijackThis on your Desktop--and click the Fix Checked button.

Reboot your computer to complete the process.

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop.

• Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
• Double-click on Download_mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
• When the installation begins, follow the prompts and do not make any changes to default settings.
• When installation has finished, make sure you leave both of these checked:
  • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• Then click Finish.
• MBAM will automatically start and you will be asked to update the program before performing a scan. If an update is found, the program will automatically update itself. Press the OK button to close that box and continue. If you encounter any problems while downloading the updates, manually download them from here and just double-click on mbam-rules.exe to install.
• On the Scanner tab:
  • Make sure the "Perform Quick Scan" option is selected.
  • Then click on the Scan button.
• If asked to select the drives to scan, leave all the drives selected and click on the Start Scan button.
• The scan will begin and "Scan in progress" will show at the top. It may take some time to complete so please be patient.
• When the scan is finished, a message box will say "The scan completed successfully. Click 'Show Results' to display all objects found".
• Click OK to close the message box and continue with the removal process.
• Back at the main Scanner screen, click on the Show Results button to see a list of any malware that was found.
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When removal is completed, a log report will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to restart your computer. (see Note below)
• The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
• Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply and exit MBAM.

Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.

• Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please copy and paste the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)

This is somewhat suicidal in today's digital world.
You need to install an antivirus program as soon as you can and run a complete scan of the computer:

• Avast Free
• AVG Free
• Bitdefender Free

Install it and then run a full scan. Let it quarantine/delete anything it finds. Let me know if there is anything that it reports but can not remove.
