Here is my new Hijackthis log. I ran the combofix in safe mode and for some reason it would not allow me to save the log. It removed some Antivirus files as well as a Media Flash Player along with some unknown files with a lot of jumbled letters. Things seem to be getting better but the computer stalls during start up and I'm forced to use the task manager to continue the start up process. I appreciate your help and would greatly appreciate any more feedback you might have.

IS the combofix log even present? (C:\combofix.txt)

Also, you are forced to use the Task Manager to complete startup. What, exactly, are you doing in TaskManager.

Reboot in Safe Mode* and run HiJackThis. <-- IMPORTANT

Press the 'Scan' button and when done check the following items in HijackThis:

Also, uncheck the boxes for hiding known file extensions and hiding protected operating system files. We want to see it all. When we finish here, it would be a good idea to rehide the protected operating system files but leave the rest to be shown.
