Hello. My computer always says there is a program still running when I shut it down. I'm wondering if something is wrong. I have also received a few error messages when running Spybot that have to with with trojans. I have already run Spybot, Ad Aware, and scanned with AVG. Here is my Hijack this file:

Windows should supply the name of the file open, in the shutdown message. I know it may go by fast, but see if you can get the file name. Your HJT log is clean. A more in depth look is probably called for:

Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.

1. Close all applications and windows.
2. Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
3. When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt <-this one will be minimized
4. Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your reply

I tried to download this scanner and a page came up with this message:



Deckard's System Scanner interacts with a specific rootkit (tdssserv) in a way that may make your system unusable (altering the svchost netsvcs registry entry). This download link has been removed until a fix is released by Deckard. For your own protection, please do not attempt to download this tool from other sites.
