Hello, I have Windows Vista, and I am using Norton Internet Security. Recently I am unable to do scan because window saying internal program error promts at me, as I am not sure if this has something to do with my Norton (but I would asume not, cause I have already contacted them, they've checked it, and they say there seems to be something wrong with my Windows), I scan my computer with HiJack and here is the log, please take a look and help.
