Your log is clean.

There are many possible causes of a slowdown. When did this first occur. Does it happen at the same time (boot, etc). Have you checked the task manager to see if any process is consuming a large percentage of your CPU (other than System Idle).

i checked task manager and there were a few .exe progs using alot
the worst was nvsv32.exe i googled it and its a 4 out of 5 trojan
svchost is another using alot there are 5 of them in task manager 2 in system 2 in network services 1 in local services
i run zone alarm ,avg ,adaware,spybot search and destroy
any help would be great

Strange, C:\WINDOWS\system32\nvsvc32.exe shows in your log but that is nVidia software. No file nvsv32.exe is shown. Are you sure you have the file name correct?

In any event. lets check a startup log to be safe.

Can you double check the file name you reported in Task Manager. I find it hard to believe that both Prevz1 and your AntiVirus would not have detected that file.
