Recently my computer (which is new rather new) started slowing down and lagging, occasionally freezing for a brief moment. Also, whenever I log onto my account, a windows box appears and says that a dll. has been moved or something and that the dll might not work or somehting similar to those lines.

There is only some minor cleanup showing in your HJT log. A startup list may show more and instructions follow.
