the Norton antivirus for some reason can't delete that trojen file, so i just reformatted my computer, but i just want to be sure i get rid of the problem completely, so could you check for me thank you

after i've got all the necessary window updates, whenever i turn on the computer i got this pop
(oh and this pop up happened before i dl the inf file you told me to installe in the previous post,)

RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DLL Relocation

The system DL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:\WINDOW\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Window system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL

This is extremely interesting. You are the second person today that has reported back with this exact problem, and we did nothing to your computer. When did you do the updates? Is this exactly when it started happening? I'm beginning to think it's a flaw with the update.......but I'm not sure. I'm going to check with my other user and see if he did any updates just before this happened as well..

actually this happened even before i dl and install the .inf file you told me, i install all the window update through the microsoft website, and after i restart this problem pop up, and i'm just trying my luck to see if you guys can help me, but this is not cause by you guys
