I know there have been many posts for the rdriv.sys problem, and i seem to have that too. i have included my HJT file. i did the restart in safe mode, and tried the attrib stuff, but it said the .sys file was not found. i still ge the error message in windows. HELP PLEASE!!

Hi bigmeibs,

RDRIV.Sys is a backdoor, so this means that your entire computer is unreliable. I cannot find what was added, or what is all on there. The best thing would be to reformat and reinstall your computer.

Check your bank account(s), creditcard(s), and passwords!

I would recommend you download Spybot Search & Destroy and scan your system with it. See if Spybot Search & Destroy can clean it off your system.

Remember before you run Spybot Search & Destroy or any other application disable system restore. Once done and your system is clean, create a new restore point after you have enabled system restore
