An automated scan brought up the Troj-Generic.Z C:\Documents and settings\
After the scan it showed the virus but the icons for Remove, Quaratine or Delete was not clickable.
I am not sure how to bring up a highjack report
(I tried reading through a similiar forum before asking for help but was lost on the first page. I found where I was suppose to download the sysclean and I did that but when I try and open it a pop up says that the LPT$VPN is needed. Don't have a clue where to find that or what it is.
Help would be appreciated.
