Please download ATF Cleaner to your desktop.

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

If you use Firefox browser
Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

If you use Opera browser
Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Defragment your hard disc(s). Does that help?

Thanks again for your time and effort on helping Me resolve these issues, its seems though I uninstalled the programs they are still showing on the Hijack log, I do not know how to remove them maybe you have a suggestion ? I did the defrag as you suggested even though those programs arent installed in add and remove programs .. startup up is still very slow, and still have a little bit of slowness it seems .. below is the Hijack log once again .. sorry if My posts are to long .. I think the log is basically the same, though those two programs are still showing, I also removed spybot search and destroy, any ideas on some excellent spyware coverage on the page you listed which one would you prefer?

Start HiJackThis. Click "Config"->"Misc Tools"->"Open Uninstall Manager" ->"Save List".
Save the log to a convenient location, and copy it into this thread.

Launch Notepad, and copy/paste the box below into a new text file. Save it as Options.txt on your Desktop.



Download Registry Search and extract it. Doubleclick the icon to run and click on "Import...". Select the file you created above. Don't pick the one in the same folder, unless you've saved it there. Click "OK" and Registry Search will search the Registry and report what it finds. Post that here.

You can run ATF cleaner again. After that defragment the hard disc(s). Does that speed it up?

This is a good time to set up protection against further attacks. Read the article behind this link "How did I get infected". If you don't already have them, you need an antivirus that is updated, a good firewall for example Kerio Personal Firewall or ZoneLabs Zone Alarm, a spyware blocker like SpywareBlaster and also IE-Spyads and spyware detection (Ad-aware SE and SpyBot S+D). All of these have good free versions available... be very cautious about any security software that advertises in popups or other intrusive ways, they are not only usually useless, but also often have malware in them....

Instead of Internet Explorer, use a different browser like Opera, Mozilla or Firefox.

Last, but not least, you need to keep Windows and Internet Explorer up to date by getting all the latest security patches that protects your computer.

This can be accessed by going to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and following the prompts. If you are running Windows XP get updated to SP-2
