My friend is currently on a 2mb cable connection but which is behaving more like a 56k dial-up connection. NTL are trying to blame the PC saying it must have spyware etc on it.
I have now run Adaware, Spybot and virus checkers and all is showing up as clean. Adaware did find about 140 problems which have now been taken care of. Before I get back onto NTL could someone take a look at the hijackthis log please?
