I really need someone who is expert or was experience to this matter. My computer is infected by viruses and i really need the help now ( b4 my mum comes). First i really dunt know what type or name of virus in my computer...i have anti virus protection but i need to renew it and need to pay, so i searhed for some free programs that will removed the viruses, the viruses that ive encourterd was Alex but this was from another anti virus program that i downlaoded. Secondly i downlaoded another progam called spyware doctor (anyone has that) well i scanned fully my computer and found 11361 critical viruses. When i havent downlaoded this program my computer dektop wasnt working, evrytime i want to click on internet explorer or my document etc it doesnt work not open not only that it doesnt even show the hand pic. I restarted my computer and evrything i cant click ( i hope u undertstand all this) and also freezes. i used crtl +alt+ del and it work and closed evry system and now all my icons is gone. so i clicked to file and new task and opened internet explorer which worked but it directed me to some sites and also some of me and my fwends search history (realy embarrasing). all i need help is wats a good virus to get rid of this ( i cant click on my icon, it freezes._ can someone i dentify this virus right away i really need ur help. and plz tell me wats a very good anti virus remover for this (sorry for the long confusin words ) thanks

Post a hijackthis log please. Download and then extract Hijackthis.exe to a new folder. Do not run it from the zip the desktop or a temp folder.

Do not remove anything using HijackThis. Save the log and then copy and paste the contents into your next reply here in this same topic. It lists many types of entries. Some are good, and others need to be removed. We will help you sort it out.
