I use a spyware program and usually when i run the scan it always has like 19 infected files and i click remove all but when i turn off my computer and turn it back on the next day all the infections are back my computer also runs very slow

You have many different infections.....
This will take a few trys to clean.
Start out by getting some free tools, but first....

Please put Hijackthis.exe in a Permanent folder.
Click My Computer, then C:\
In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.
That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder. Put your HijackThis.exe there, and double click to run it.
This will allow backups to be made and saved By hijackthis in case something goes wrong.

This is needed to be done as we are going to delete the contents of theTemp folder that has HJT.exe!

To clean your temp folder, recycle bin, etc..please download this free tool:
CCleaner
It will put a shortcut on your Desktop.
Click on CCleaner to start it. Then click "Run Cleaner".
Then Reboot (Exit).

You have a peper infection.
First download the PeperFix.exe, a tool made by Option^Explicit, from here: PeperFix.exe
Make sure that you are not on the internet while running it.

Click on the PeperFix.exe to launch it.
Click the Find and Fix button.
You will be prompted to reboot.

Reboot and it will delete the files.

You may have to run it again
Also try it in Safe mode .

Please download miekiemoes' LQfix.exe and place it on your desktop.
Doubleclick LQfix.exe and click install.
This will create a new folder called LQfix on your desktop.
Open the folder and doubleclick ClickThis.bat
Follow the prompts on the screen.
Your system will reboot afterwards.
Please be patient after reboot, because there is a script running in the background.

Please download Spybot: Search and Destroy
Check for Updates first, download ALL Updates and Do a Scan.
When finished, make sure ALL RED items have been ticked, and click the "Fix Selected Problems" Button.

I'd Also Recommend you Download AdAware SE
Install The Program and Run it. Make Sure You Click the "Check for Updates" Button before starting a scan.
Do a scan on AdAware and Remove Everything it suggests.

Next, take a free Online Virus scan at HouseCall and Panda ActiveScan
If any infected files are found, delete them.
Then please post the log from them.

Please download, install, and update the free version of Ewido trojan scanner:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
When you run ewido for the first time, you will get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK.
From the main ewido screen, click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful").

Then, reboot to Safe mode (tap F8 while restarting).

Run ewido, click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on the Start button. This scan can take quite a while to run.
If ewido finds anything, it will pop up a notification. You can select "clean" and check the boxes "Perform action with all infections" and "Create encrypted backup" before clicking on OK.
When the scan finishes, click on "Save Report". This will create a text file. Please then paste the contents of the text file to you next reply.
After you reboot normally, also post a new HJT log.

And also post an Uninstall list from HJT too:
Open HijackThis, click Config, click Misc Tools
Click "Open Uninstall Manager"
Click "Save List" (generates uninstall_list.txt)
Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.
