Empty your Temporary Internet Files and history in Internet Options. And clean out your
Temp folder.
Go to start>Run and type
%TEMP%
Press enter to open your temp folder.

Select all and delete all.

It's a good idea to do that regularly.

Go to Control Panel> Internet Options>Programs
Click the reset Web Settings Button to reset your home and search pages.

I also do not see any Firewall or AV. The winodws Firewall is nolt good enugh to really protect you. Installing a third party firewall and diasabling the windows firewall is a good idea.

Zone Alarm offers a free firewall

AVG offers free Anti Virus.

Once you have rebooted a time or two, be sure everything is in working order. It is time to flush your system restore points. Once you do that you will not be able to correct any problems you may have now by going back to a point before today.

After something like this it is a good idea to Flush the Restore Points and start fresh.
To flush the XP system Restore Points.

Go to Start>Run and type msconfig Press enter.

When msconfig opens, click the Launch System Restore Button.
On the next page, click the System Restore Settings Link on the left.

Check the box labeled Turn off System restore.

Reboot. Go back in and Turn System Restore Back on. A new Restore Point will be created.

Mosaic1 has requested that you install an AntiVirus a. These are necessary for today's internet if you want to avoid infections and system corruption.

So far, I do not see that you have taken those steps to protect your computer.

Check Mosaic1's post above and install the necessary software (all free).

Then post a new HiJackThis log in this thread.

Until that is done, no further help will be given.

Actually i did do the steps that he gave me. and it uninstalled them for some reason. Mosaic did an awesome job. he is the best but i cant help it if something is uninstalling them . i will redownload the firewall again and repost.

Zone Alarm is indeed installed. Just an AV is needed. You can get AVG at www.grisoft.com. Look for hte free version.

If it will not install, or turns off after install, then there is another problem. Post any errors messages you receive then Mosaic1 can advise what steps she wants done next.

I downloaded the AV , I had 13 total Trojan Horse Virus's.
10 were removed and deleted but there are three that remained, which were the following

1. C:\WINDOWS\system32\biA.exe:\bi.dll Trojan Horse PSW.bispy.A Injected,Embedded object

2. C:\WINDOWS\system32\biA.exe:\biprep.exe Trojan Horse PSW.bispy.B Injected,Embedded object

3. C:\WINDOWS\system32\biA.exe: Trojan Horse PSW.bispy.A Injected,Archive

Here is my log after I did the AVG scan:

Also there are things that you had me remove on my last log, example
09 extra button shopper reports that will not remove. I checked them to delete them, but they come back.

Thanks for all your help.

I think I know what happened there. In hijackthis, go back to the AdSpy utility. Near the top you'll see a box labeled Quick scan. Uncheck that box. I htink the last scan only looked at the winodws Folder. This one should find the ADS in question in system32.

Copy the contents of the code box to Notepad.
Name the file tools.reg
Save as Type: All files

Double click on tools.reg and say yes to the prompt.

Let me know how you do and if the toolbar button entries are gone. You can run hijackthis for yourself and have a look for the entries.
