I got a serious problem, I believe my command prompt is corrupt because it doesn't recognize any commands, it keeps on saying this:
'sc' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.As for Jotti.org, I browsed for that specific file that you told me to submit and it no longer exist.
