I am having incredibly slow internet loading on one computer within my home office. Since all of the other computers do not have any problem, I am guessing that it is not with our Wi-Fi network, but with something impeding speed on this one computer. I have used Spybot, ADAware and HiJackThis to clean out everything that I feel comfortable doing myself, but still seem to have the problem.

I don't really see much.

In Control Panel >Add Remove Programs

Find Viewpoint Manager and uninstall it.

Let me know if you have already uninstalled the program or what the current situation is.


What changes have you recently made to this system which may be having an effect on it? Any new Hardware, recent errors? AV updates or Windows Updates?

While I think of it, Post a startuplist too please. In Hijackthis press the Config Button
Click Misc Tools
Check both boxes next to the Generate StartupList log and then click the generate startuplist log button.
