Wrote to you a few months ago regarding problems with my pc and you kindly helped me sort them out. I have now experienced even more problems with my parents pc, can't even download hijack this to post a log. During the spybot scan, CWS is on there with a few others. Acrobat reader may even have been effected aswell.
I know it's difficult for you to help without me posting a log, in the first instance I would be grateful for some advice on how I can get hijack this to be functional. Incidentally, our homepage has changed to about-blank.

Just tried using hijack this again, acrobat reader activates but then a caption appears that says it can't open hijackthis.zip "because it was either not a supported file type or it had been corrupted". All of this is on Windows 98.

Also, adaware se becomes jammed midway through scanning and I have to re-boot the computer again to use it.
