my computer is acting crazy. last year i had problems with spyware/adware/virus`s/t h`s you name it. i ended up restoring my pc to factory settings and reinstalling everything i needed. i then installed a firewall and various protection eg avg,spybot and xoftspy.but the same thing has now happened again despite and i can`t get rid of them all. i have difficulty accessing the net,it runs very slowly, java impossible, my homepage in internet options keeps reverting to about blank and i am generally worried about net security as i do all my banking etc on line. i have followed the steps you state and here is a list from hijackthis.exe. which can i safely delete. many thanks

I can't open your attachment as it doesn't have a valid extension of what type of file it is.

Anyway, it is much better for us to read if you would just copy and paste the text in your log into a reply here.
