Hello,
I've read the pre-posting guidelines. I've done the Adaware and Spybot scans, downloaded windows security updates and SpyWare Blaster, scanned for viruses, etc. Everything is coming up clean, yet this stupid blue tool bar still exists and I don't know what to do. I've downloaded the hijackthis tool, installed it in its own folder, scanned and copied the results below. Can anyone help me get rid of this nuisance?

I really appreciate any help you can provide...

Hi hixnstix,

You have a LOP infection.

Open Hijackthis, click Scan, then put a check next to the following entries:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.wkndpcpqrrsmvxtclorfj.com/yGBCd...tmbiHDnFbn.html

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [second tons] C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\APPLIC~1\INSIDE~1\PEAK FLAP.exe

Now Close all open Windows and browsers (have only HJT open) and click "Fix Checked".

Then, make sure you can view hidden and system files:
Click Start.
Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

Then, reboot to Safe mode
Tap F8 while restarting, and delete this folder in bold:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\INSIDE~1\ < --there will be more to the name here, but the folder starts with INSIDE and will contain the PEAK FLAP.exe file.

Then click, Start | Run (type in) "%temp%" (no quotes)
Completely delete the entire contents of that "temp" folder.

Open Windows Explorer to your Windows\Temp folder.
Completely delete the entire contents of that "temp" folder.

Then reboot normally and please post a new HJT log.
