Help. I can't get rid of the 2 items below. I tried AVG6.0 but it keeps shutting my system.

1-trojan horse downloader.dyfica.2.ap

located in c:\window\wsem302.dll

2-trojan horse clicker.aj

located in c:\windows\2_0_1browserhelper2.dll


any help will be greatly appreciated.
