I was looking up a few things on google and i found a few topics from here that people have posted about their problems and they were helped so hopefully someone can help me.
My computer has a few spyware programs on it. I have tried to install a program that takes care of spyware but i didn't work and i still have the spyware. I also have a program called cxtpls that im sure someone knows about.
If you need it i will post my registry. If anyone can help let me know.

I followed the instructions that was in that other post but i cant get it to copy the log. I saved the log and when i try to go into it something flashes on the screen and then it doesn't do anything....

Also..

Since HijackThis does not (yet) come with a install routine, create a folder via Windows Explorer for HijackThis, then move the file to this folder. This way any backups created are saved in a legit folder. I've seen too many instances where the user runs HijackThis from a temp folder and any backups are lost if that temp folder is cleaned out. You should also make sure you are using the latest version each and every time you run HijackThis, as there are new detections added all the time.

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates: "hijackthis.log")


Only run HijackThis from C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. That way we can ensure that we have the backup files available in the event that they are needed.
Run HijackThis, click on scan and wait for the scan to finish.
The "Scan" button will change to "Save Log", click on it and simply press "Save" on the window that will appear.
Notepad will open with a copy of the log.
Click on "Edit" => "Select All".
Click on "Edit" => "Copy". This will copy the contents of the Notepad instance to the clipboard.
Please post your entire log here for analysis.

Also, uncheck the boxes for hiding known file extensions and hiding protected operating system files. We want to see it all. When we finish here, it would be a good idea to rehide the protected operating system files but leave the rest to be shown.

Your last log was clean. You will probably need to uninstall Real Player and re-install it. Most likely, some of the spyware has damaged it, or caused it become corrupt.

At last, your system is clean and free of spyware! Want to keep it that way?

Here are some simple steps you can take to reduce the chance of infection in the future.

1. Visit Windows Update: <-- YOU NEED TO DO THIS!!
Make sure that you have all the Critical Updates recommended for your operating system and IE. The first defense against infection is a properly patched OS.

2. Adjust your security settings for ActiveX:]
