yo, i keep getting these da** popups. i've tried every spybot software there is...spybot, adaware, noadware....and i still can't get rid of them. i ran hijack this! and this is what i found.

that tis my log from my scan. so what do you all think i should do? i know some of them are from the games i play online when i'm bored and procrastinating on school work....but i dont' know if some of them are the cause of my problems. computer dummy here. please help.
