OK, that looks clean. THere is some cleanup work and I have a few recommendations.

First, the cleanup:
Check the following items in HiJackThis:
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://collections.inhost2.info/detect/urgent.html
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch = http://collections.inhost2.info/detect/urgent.html


Close all open windows except HiJackThis and press 'Fix Checked'.


Next:
I recommend that you uninstall P2P Networking through Add/Remove Programs.

If/when asked whether you also want to remove Altnet components, say 'Yes'.

P2P Networking is a totally useless Kazaa add-on, and it's been reported to be responsible for serious system slowdowns.

Subsequently remove the P2P Networking folder in C:\Windows\System32, if still there.


Then:
I noticed NoAdware running from your temporary folder. I recommend that you delete the program and forget about it. THis link will give you more info on that program and others which calim to "clean everything there is". The two best programs are both free --- AdAwatre (personal version) and Spybot S&D.


FInally:
Your log is clean. The only thing you need to do is upgrade your Windows and Internet Explorer to SP2.

At last, your system is clean and free of spyware! Want to keep it that way?

Here are some simple steps you can take to reduce the chance of infection in the future.

1. Visit Windows Update: <-- YOU NEED TO DO THIS!!
Make sure that you have all the Critical Updates recommended for your operating system and IE. The first defense against infection is a properly patched OS.

2. Adjust your security settings for ActiveX:]
Go to Internet Options/Security/Internet, press 'default level', then OK.
Now press "Custom Level."
In the ActiveX section, set the first option, 'Download signed controls', to 'Prompt; set the
second option, 'Download unsigned controls', to 'Disable'; and finally, set 'Initialize and Script ActiveX controls not marked as safe" to 'Disable'.

3. Download and install the following free programs

b. SpywareGuard: http://www.wilderssecurity.net/spywareguard.html

4. Install Spyware Detection and Removal Programs:
You may also want to consider installing either or both of AdAware (free version) and Spybot S&D (freeware). Use these programs to regularly scan your system for and remove many forms of spyware/malware.

5. Install 'Spoofstick"

sorry to bother u again when u say upgade windows to "sp2".what is sp2 and how do I do that?And I know longer have kazzaa only bearshare when I try to delete this in add or remove programs it comes up could not INSTALL.LOG FILE....what does that mean thanks ever so much for you help darren

The new Window Update will install Windows SP2 to your computer. That is the latest Service Pack from Microsoft.
