Help! My homepge has been hijacked in Italian byProntivia.com I have tried unsuccessfully for several months to get rid of it by running several anit-virus programs (spybot, adaware & the latest Spysweeper.) NOthing will get rid of it . Also at the same time I was hijacked an icon Topcell appeared on my desktop. That will not disappear either. I wondered if anyone had ever seen this Prontivia before and how can I get rid of it.
