Hi rayvin,

Follow the steps here regarding restoring your Hosts file to the Windows default. This should allow you access to the sites you need to update your NAV program and get it working again.

http://forum.gladiator-antivirus.com/index...showtopic=14059
ATTN NAV USERS: R6025 error Norton ccApp, Norton won't connect, Won't won't run

You had the Gaobot worm that added those sites to your hosts file. It may also have damaged your NAV program. Make sure you have gotten an online scan too. There are links in those steps to follow on that page I gave you

And please be sure to visit Windows Update - get ALL the critical security updates recommended for your operating system and IE. The first defense against infection is a properly patched OS. Otherwise you may just get reinfected right away again.
