Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with my computer. Everytime I attempt to download windows updates I get a window stating that my system needs to be shut down in 60 seconds and it counts down and it restarts itself. It tells me that this is an error that occurred with the NTS and RCA and needs to shut down or something like that. But this only occurs when I attempt to download the updates for my Windows XP Professional. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
