Please first run this free program.
Updating it first before scanning is very important - please do not skip that step.
Download Adaware (get the free edition)
http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
(choose download from the lefthand menu)
Go to: Select Full Install and choose the download location of your choice (1.7mb)
Choose Download from
http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail.php3?fid=965718306 <--(I found FileForum easiest)
After download and installing first, please update the program. Just open Adaware and click on *Check for Updates Now* and then *Connect*. It will find a new reference-file. Click *ok* and let it download and install the updates by clicking on *Finish* .This will return you to the main screen.
Then press the *Start* button to begin the scan of your system. Let it fix what it finds (Adaware will checkmark the *bad* items for you so you can just then remove them)
Reboot your PC after cleaning with Adaware and scan again. Repeat the process until no further items are found as bad.
Then, please scan again with HijackThis so we can see what remains to be fixed. :)

The best I could find was this (although I'm not 100% sure this will work, I've seen a few instances where it did). It's probably going to be a matter of time before one of the vendors comes up with the true fix for it if you would rather wait.
Here is what I would suggest.
Using HijackThis fix checked these items:

Now that your PC is clean, make sure all programs are running properly and then you'll need to reset your restore point in Windows XP.......why?
One of the best features of Windows ME or XP is the System Restore option, however if a virus infects a computer with this operating system the virus can be backed up in the System Restore folder. Therefore, clearing the restore points is necessary after a virus removal.
To reset your restore points, please note that you will need to log into your computer with an account which has full administrator access. You will know if the account has administrator access because you will be able to see the System Restore tab. If the tab is missing, you are logged in under a limited account.
(winXP)
1. Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
2. Reboot.
3. Turn ON System Restore.

This is a fairly new Hijacker that is a new variant of LOP. LOP typically comes bundled with other programs (like MessengerPlus and Kazaa) so the *be careful of what you download* would be my first recommendation. Then also follow the rest, to be sure :)
Also be sure that you have all the Windows Critical Security Updates recommended for your operating system (that is another fairly frequent reason we see these infections). A bunch just came out this week FYI

Yes, you are infected again :( I also do not see SP1 installed from Windows Update - you really need to do that. Get ALL the recommended critical security updates:

I've not seen a newer fix yet for that hijacker you have, so I would suggest you go through the steps again:
Scan with HijackThis and checkmark these items, then press *fix checked*
