Hi MrOZ, Chachazz, Terryala, hi everyone,

I had to investigate some file scanners on my French board and give you the result below:

Free antiVirus Online File Scanners
(of course, you have 10 of my 12 links but I added some specifications for each item)

I am going to do the same for disk online antivirus scanners and disk online antimalware scanners.

Salut! Gérard et merci beaucoup.
Editing such a big list is challenging - looks like I dropped the Fortinet. I will cross check these items.
Both Terryala(our Grand Dad) and you posted ClamAV and I had forgotten that one. :)

More input is most welcome - ciao.gif

ESET Unveils Online Scanner
May 23, 2007

New Web Tool Offers Real-Time Malware Assessment and Cleaning at No Cost
"Powered by award-winning ESET NOD32 Antivirus software, ESET Online Scanner is a free Web-based service that enables computer users to perform a comprehensive system scan to check for and clean viruses, spyware, and other malware—without uninstalling their existing antivirus solution. With Online Scanner, non-ESET users can get a “second opinion” on the health status of their computers and determine if their existing malware solution is really performing up to snuff."

Thank you, Nebon.
Very interesting and convenient list, but it has one inaccuracy, which concerns Scanner Dr.Web, I think it needs to be corrected.
